Shipping Policy
We prefer for our customers to arrange for their own carrier to transport their orders. We
believe this enables you to take advantage of any contracts or discounts you may have established with them.
To ensure quicker turnaround times from our place to yours we require the following information when you are checking your order out.
Your preferred carrier eg. UPS, Fed Ex
Their contact information for us to arrange pick up and delivery
Your account info with them
If you use your preferred carrier goods are deemed received once goods have entered your freight forwarders
possession and as such all claims for lost freight should be directed to them.
If you do not provide us with this information we
will use one of our preferred carriers. Either way please wait to you receive an
email from us with subject heading " Jones Tones order ready to Ship" this email
will have the adjusted invoice amount including shipping.
In addition to freight
charges there is a handling charge. The charges for both shipping and handling are calculated by weight, zip code, and carrier. We will use the most economical method in which to ship your items to you.
If you prefer to ship by the way of another shipping company then you need to inform us and we will advise the shipping cost prior to shipping the order.
